Standard returns

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Eligible products must be unused, unopened when applicable, and in resalable condition. Customers normally pay return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived defective.

Damaged orders

Report damage within five calendar days and include photographs of the item, product packaging, shipping package, and label.

Blind boxes and opened collectibles

Opened blind boxes and opened collectibles are final sale unless defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.
